Teachers may complete a master's degree in Teacher Leadership with the Endeavor STEM Concentration to acquire both content knowledge and the skills needed to be effective teacher leaders in their schools and school districts. Students will earn a master's degree in Teacher Leadership from Rider University and the Endeavor STEM Professional Development Certificate. The full master's degree program includes both the 21-credit Teacher Leadership core and the 15-credit core curriculum STEM specialization.
To earn an Endeavor STEM Professional Development Certificate as part of the Master of Arts degree, students must take a minimum of five (5) courses. Authentic Data in the STEM Classroom is recommended in the first two semesters.
